Q-lite Support is Q-lite’s installation and maintenance department. For more than 30 years, the Support team has been involved in installing, managing and maintaining display systems.<\/p>\n

Service is our top priority. Our expert staff will handle your query and can look into the system with you remotely. Should there be a problem that we cannot solve remotely, a service visit will be scheduled.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After delivery and installation, you naturally want your system to continue functioning optimally. Proper maintenance extends the service life and maintains quality. Because we develop, produce and manage our own systems, we know better than anyone else what it takes to make the systems function reliably. Our experienced support organisation ensures proper corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring maximum performance of your system. Maintenance contracts<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It is possible to take out a maintenance contract, which means that you, the owner, do not have to worry about operation and availability of your display systems.<\/p>\n

We record all maintenance arrangements in a Service Level Agreement. This SLA thus includes all agreements on availability rates, preventive inspections, periodic checks, 1st and 2nd line maintenance, response times and included costs. So you are always assured of good service at a fixed price. Q-lite’s support department is dedicated to relieving you of all your worries.<\/p>\n

Through reports, we report in detail on the availability and quality of your systems. We map out for all systems and underlying components how it behaved in the past period, what failures there were and how they were resolved. The content and form of the report will be agreed with you in advance.<\/p>\n
