In short, the Dynamic Traveler Information System in the Amsterdam City Region comprises almost two hundred bus stop systems in eight municipalities and two fully equipped bus stations.
Current travel information
The aim of the project is to offer up-to-date travel information to travelers for a period of at least 10 years. The project involves more than just the production and delivery of displays. Matters such as connection to the energy network, system integration, data communication and maintenance and management complete the project. In addition, reconstructions in progress were often linked, in which cooperation was done with the main contractor of the municipalities, as was the case, for example, at the Edam-Volendam bus station and the Uithoorn bus station.
